Here's the scoop

When: Tuesday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Program Schedule:

  • Tuesday: 30 minutes of weight training / 30 minutes of strength and recovery yoga

  • Wednesday: 50 minutes of Baptiste Power Yoga

  • Thursday: 30 minutes of weight training / 30 minutes of strength and recovery yoga

  • Friday: 50 minutes of weight/cardio training

Membership Options:

  • Flexible Punchcard Options: Enjoy the freedom to choose your workout for your schedule with our punchcard options starting at $15 per session! Get 10 sessions for $150 or 20 sessions for $300.

  • Unlimited Monthly Membership: For just $200, you can work out four times per week and access up to 24 personal training and yoga sessions every month.
