10-Week Run-Walk Program for Novice and Intermediate Walkers/Runners

Running has the power to change your life; here's how to get going:
This 10-week program will use run/walk intervals that slowly increase weekly towards more continuous running or power walking. You'll also learn what different effort levels feel like and incorporate a solid warm-up and cool-down routine to prevent injury and build mileage and endurance safely.
The program starts 08/08/23 at 6:15 a.m.
We meet on Tuesday mornings at 6:15 a.m. on the upper level of Northwoods Mall (at the Studio - near the old Sears store. When you enroll in our program, you will receive:
A 10-week training program for runners and run/walkers at all levels, including three run/walk workouts and one day of cross-training per week. Every running exercise has options for run/walk intervals starting at 15 seconds of jogging with 30 seconds of walking and can be modified for your ability level.
Unlimited Access to Studio C Classes for the 10 weeks (non-members).
The cost of the Program for non-members is $25 . This includes access to Studio C fitness classes during the 10-week program!
