Three Pillars of the Curriculum

Original Hot Yoga (26+2)
Referenced as "Hatha" in our curriculum, this style, also known as Bikram or Ghosh yoga, emphasizes the classic hot yoga sequence. You'll learn dialogue and methodology that cultivate strength, focus, and alignment through structured practices.
Restorative Practices
A holistic exploration of gentle and therapeutic yoga, this pillar incorporates, Somatic movement techniques, yoga philosophy for healing, gentle flow sequences, introductory breathwork, and deep neural resets and yoga nidra. These practices foster relaxation, nervous system balance, and deeper connections between mind and body.
