  • Terri is a Yoga Alliance Certified Educator (eRYT200, RYT500, YACEP) who blends over 35 years of leadership experience with a passion for mindful movement. Trained through Prairie Yoga and Prajna Yoga, she’s also studied somatics, mindfulness, and brain longevity—bringing a unique, science-meets-spirit approach to her classes.

    Her teaching style focuses on small, intentional movements that build body awareness, support nervous system health, and guide students into deeper connection with self. Expect breath, alignment, and just the right amount of inner work.

Explore the power of your breath in this full-day immersion into nervous system regulation and trauma-aware breath practices.

  • L.D. is a movement and wellness specialist who integrates yoga, massage therapy, dance, improv, and somatic practices to support personal growth and embodied leadership. He holds a degree in Dance from the University of Iowa, is a graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy, and is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher through James Miller’s Adamantine Yoga.

    With over a decade of experience in anatomy, mindful movement, and hands-on healing, L.D. brings a dynamic and grounded presence to every space he leads. His background as a performer and educator infuses his work with creativity, approachability, and a sense of play, helping participants feel safe to explore movement and reconnect with their bodies.

    Whether he's guiding workshops, offering bodywork in private practice, or speaking to organizations like Brave Leadership, L.D. empowers others to build resilience, sharpen focus, and lead with authenticity and heart—from the inside out.
