Join Bradshaw for an all-levels backbend workshop designed to open and strengthen the body safely and effectively. This workshop will guide you through a variety of backbends, from gentle heart openers to deeper, more advanced poses. Emphasis will be placed on proper alignment, props in backbends, sequencing and building confidence in your practice. Whether you're new to backbends or looking to refine your technique, this session will help you explore your range of motion with ease and support.

Join Bradshaw for an introduction to arm balances, where you'll explore foundational poses that build strength, balance, and focus. This workshop will guide you through key techniques for engaging your core, finding stability, and mastering the basics of balancing on your hands. With clear instructions and accessible progressions, you'll learn how to approach arm balances with confidence and safety. Whether you're new to arm balances or looking to refine your skills, this workshop is designed to help you take your practice to the next level.

  • Kim is a 200RYT, Certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Practitioner who believes yoga should feel safe, inclusive, and accessible to every body. She founded the #yogaisforeveryone movement to challenge outdated norms and create space for true connection and healing.

    Kim specializes in breathwork, somatic movement, and nervous system support—and she brings that same heart-led approach to her Cue It Up workshop, where you'll learn how to lead with clarity, creativity, and compassion.

    Kim owns BloomingLife Yoga Studio in Bloomington, IL, and leads classes, workshops, and trainings designed to meet students exactly where they are.

  • Aubrey is a 500 E-RYT, YACEP, and has been immersed in the Yoga and movement since 2014. Aubrey's guiding motto—"Make goals... but love yourself now and enjoy every moment of the journey"—reflects her holistic approach to yoga. She encourages her students to set personal goals while simultaneously embracing their current selves. Aubrey incorporates a strong focus on breath and body awareness. She encourages students to connect their breath with movement, promoting mindfulness and a deeper understanding of their bodies. This focus on breath, paired with accessible modifications, ensures that all students can participate fully, regardless of their individual challenges or limitations.
